Hi, I’m Marc

As a proud veteran and Lebanese-born food lover, I’ve carried the values of dedication, service, and hospitality into everything I do. Growing up Lebanese, food was never just fuel. It was how we gathered, celebrated, and connected, and those flavors and traditions have stayed with me every step of the way.

When I moved to Owensboro in 2019, my goal was simple: bring something fresh, authentic, and meaningful to this community. Mezze Street Kitchen is my way of doing that, sharing the bold, healthy, protein-packed dishes of Lebanese cuisine right here in the Bluegrass. From supporting local fundraisers to partnering with local businesses, I’m proud to serve Owensboro through both food and connection.

In The Community

Food is at the heart of what we do, but community is why we do it. From supporting fundraisers like the Bluegrass Legends Experience for St. Jude, to teaming up with fellow food trucks at local events, to hosting give-back meals for those in need—we’re committed to showing up for Owensboro and beyond.

Every bowl we serve is more than a meal; it’s a way to connect, support, and give back.

From One Truck to a Family of Four

Meet four nations on wheels

What began with Mezze Street Kitchen soon grew into something bigger. We teamed up with other small business owners in Owensboro to create Four Nations on Wheels. A collaboration of four food trucks representing Japanese hibachi, authentic Filipino food, Mexican street fare, and fresh Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
